I offer acupuncture that is precise, effective, and designed to get results.
Drawing on over 20 years of experience and advanced training in specialised systems of acupuncture including TCM (Traditional Chinese Medicine), Classical Acupuncture, Master Tung and the Dr Tan's Balance Method, my treatments work quickly and efficiently, particularly for pain, musculoskeletal conditions, and other pain related conditions such as migraines, sinus and digestive issues.
As a women's health expert, I treat a wide range of women's health concerns including fertility, pregnancy, menopause and endometriosis. Sessions include nutritional, herbal, and supplemental guidance where helpful.
I’ve been lucky to support hundreds of people through challenges like fertility, stress, and pain. Along the way, I’ve been a featured expert for Mummypages.ie, Easy Parenting, Image Magazine, Naturally Good Health, and Ireland AM.
Sessions take place in a calm, supportive space where you can fully switch off while your body receives focused, expert care.

Advanced Acupuncture for Pain Relief
Targeted acupuncture for acute and chronic pain conditions, using advanced techniques to achieve results quickly and effectively. Helpful for all pain conditions including injuries, back pain, shoulder/rotator cuff, neck pain, knee issues, arthritis, migraine, sinus pain as well as digestive, immune and stress related conditions.

Advanced Acupuncture - Women's Health
Specialised support for fertility, pregnancy and hormonal health. Acupuncture can help regulate the menstrual cycle, support natural fertility and IVF, ease symptoms such as pain, heavy bleeding or irregular cycles. It provides steady support through pregnancy (morning sickness, carpal tunnel, muscular pain and for birth preparation) and is extremely helpful for the symptoms associated with menopause. As an trained obstetric and fertility acupuncturist, I also have specialist interest in endometriosis and related pain relief.

Combining Japanese Facial Reflexology and Contour Sculpting, GuaSha toning massage, microcurrent, LED and microneedling, this one of a kind facial is the perfect combination of deep relaxation and skin rejuvenation.
Add cosmetic acupuncture for €55 - specialised acupuncture for deeper dermal rejuvenation.

BackRelax - 45mins - €85 - The perfect tonic for when life needs something nice.
This treatment is a client favourite. Combines acupuncture on the powerful meridians on the back, with deep tissue massage, cupping, gua sha and heat therapy, melting away tension.

How many sessions will I need?
This depends on the nature of your sessions. Treatments are always tailored to achieve results, and I will advise on expected outcomes and timelines. Although the benefits of acupuncture are cumulative, there is no commitment to pursue a certain number of treatments. A course of treatments for is usually between 3-12 sessions.

Can I claim via my health insurance?
Yes, sessions can be claimed through your health insurance, including Laya, VHI and Irish Life. Check with your provider for more information.

Where are you located?
My beautiful, tranquil and private treatment space is based in The Gables at Fishers Newtownmountkennedy, Co. Wicklow. After nearly two decades in Greystones, watching the town evolve into the very busy, vibrant space it is now, I was drawn to the gentle and peaceful energy at The Gables in Newtownmountkennedy and decided to move my practice full time this year. The location, at the top of Newtownmountkennedy village has ample free parking. Only 10 minutes from Greystones, 15 minutes from South Dublin and Wicklow Town, and rapid access to the N11. The clinic room is private and discreet, a real retreat from the world. And after your treatment, you can treat yourself to a delicious coffee or some shopping at Fishers Newtownmountkennedy!
