I'm so looking forward to opening my book of magic and welcoming you all in!

 

We'll share a day of deeply powerful meditation, somatic work, herbalism and ritual, reconnecting with the deep feminine power we all hold. And we'll be guided by one of the most powerful plant allies, Hawthorn. This ancient tree, revered by our ancestors, holds deep connection to our heart. As the heart is the seat of our intuitive wisdom, where better place to start as we embark on a magical journey back to ourselves?

In the beautiful setting of Slí na Bandé, Newtownmountkennedy, Co Wicklow, you'll find you heart expanding with the loving support of Mother Nature, and reconnect with your innate magic.

 

Together we will:

- Learn about the medicinal properties of Hawthorn. You will learn how to forage correctly and create your own herbal tinctures.

- Explore the magical properties of this wonderful heart tonic, and its connection to our native Fae people, the Sidhe. 

- Journey in meditation to your heart centre, reconnecting the heart and mind, restoring a sense of peace, trust and healing. 

- Reconnect with the feminine wisdom of Mother Earth, learning to lean into her for support and guidance.

- Learn a powerful meditation technique to awaken the Bao Mai Meridian, a potent channel that awakens the feminine wisdom within.

- Feel your heart healing wounds of the past, affirming the perfect balance of boundary and openess. 

- Sharing circle, creation ritual, nature walks, journaling and chats over herbal tea will weave together this beautiful experience.
